A development of 10 apartments, 8 with sea views, due for completion in 2021. Eight of the apartments look directly over the Thames Estuary. The apartments replace a detached house that previously stood on the site. Design: NickOur client came to us with a site that had planning permission for a development of flats. Unfortunately the top floor flats could not work in the roof-space, and no Listed Building Consent had been obtained to demolish a boundary building. We managed to negotiate a new planning permission for a scheme that was superior to that obtained by the original Architects in every respect.
